Bruce A. Starchaska

Bruce A. Starchaska, age 70, of Manawa, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 6, 2025. He was born on June 25, 1954 in Symco to the late Gene and Beulah (Hoppe) Starchaska.

Bruce grauduated from Little Wolf High School in 1972. He was a manager at Ledgeview Marketing Barn in Green Bay for 15 years. Prior to his managing position, he worked at Trailet in Manawa and Hillshire Farm in New London. Bruce enjoyed fishing, and he handmade fishing lures that he sold to various sporting goods stores in the area. He also enjoyed deer hunting with his bow when he was able to. Bruce loved watching sports and always had a sporting event playing on his tv.

He is survived by his cousins: John (Mary) Starcheske, Maxine Fenske, and Mary (Bruce) Krenke, along with other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Thomas Starchaska.

A Memorial Service for Bruce will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dahlke Life Celebration Center in Manawa with Rev. Mary Bope officiating. A gathering of family or friends will be held prior to the service at the Celebration Center from 11:00 AM - 12:45 PM. Burial will be in Little Creek Cemetery, Town of Little Wolf.
