Celvee Lou Scheller, 76, of Manawa, Wisconsin went to her heavenly home on November 15, 2024. She was born on August 27, 1948 in Waupaca to Louis and Margaret (Pubonze) Pelzer. Celvee enjoyed spending time with family. She was always there to talk, laugh or cry with, give advice or to just listen. Celvee maybe the sweetest, kindest woman you've ever met but she was also the strongest person you've ever met.
