Daniel Gordon Hallman, dairy farmer, age 70, of Weyauwega, gained eternal access to heaven on Friday, November 11, 2022. He was the son of the late Gordon and Esther (Dusel) Hallman and was born during a Wisconsin winter storm, on February 20, 1952. Dan was proud that he lived in the home he was raised and was the fourth generation to live on the farm.
Known for his mechanical talents, he could "MacGyver" anything to make it work. He enjoyed sharing his life wisdom and mechanical knowledge with others. Dan was a lifelong member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Weyauwega.
He will be sadly missed by his brother, Arthur Hallman and children: Alice, Amy, Angel, Art, Amber and April and their families; brother-in-law, Rev. Harvey Abrahamson and children: Julie, Mike, Becky, Tabitha, Nate, Jacob and their families. His many friends include Ben Morack and Kristi Hager.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Ruth Abrahamson, sisters-in-law Arlene Hallman and Mary Hallman, and his nephew Jonah.
The Christian Funeral for Dan will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church in Weyauwega with Rev. Aaron Kristopeit officiating and Rev. Nate Abrahamson sharing the funeral message. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Weyauwega. A visitation for Dan will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 4-7 p.m. at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Life Celebration Center in Weyauwega and on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until 11:15 a.m.
Memorials may be directed to St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Weyauwega.
