Age 92, of Manawa, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2008. She was born on March 11, 1916 in Wild Rose, daughter of the late Harold and Laura (Handrich) Frazier. In 1945, she married Richard Krinner in Milwaukee where she resided until 2000 when she moved to Manawa. Doris worked at the West Allis Memorial Hospital for 21 years until her retirement in 1984. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Manawa. She is survived by her daughter: Karen (Tom) Helpap, Manawa; one grandson: David Helpap, Milwaukee; sisters: Myrtle Jawort, Oshkosh; Edna Wurth, Manawa. She is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother Loran Frazier, a sister Ione Bartel, sister-in-law Evelyn Frazier and brothers-in-law Walter Jawort and Elmer Bartel. Doris left a legacy of beautiful patchwork quilts that have enabled many people to feel loved and warm. She will be missed. The funeral service for Doris will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Manawa with Rev. Vilas Mazemke officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park in New Berlin. Friends may call directly at the church on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
