Dustin "Dusty" B. Hildebrand

Dustin (Dusty) Bartlett Hildebrand, age 44, of Weyauwega WI, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of December 2nd, 2024. He was born on March 12th, 1980, the second son of Greg and Sharon Hildebrand. Dusty grew up in Weyauwega and was a graduate of Weyauwega Fremont High School in 1998. Dusty was employed at different businesses throughout his life including being a truck driver after he obtained his CDL license.

Once you met Dusty you had a loyal friend for life. Dusty had a jovial personality and was always cheerful and optimistic. He had an infectious and happy heart, and his heart was always in the right place. If you were ever stuck in a bad spot and needed some help, Dusty was always there for you, to help you and to make you feel better. He truly loved all his family and friends. In his last few years Dusty was truly a Godsend as he was a primary caregiver for his mother at home in her time of need, a sincere thank you for that, Dusty!

In the spring and summer months you could find Dusty on his boat up at the fishing raft with his dad and his other friends and family, catching walleyes or "cruising" on the Wolf River.

Dusty is survived by his parents: Greg and Sharon Hildebrand; brother: Andy (Mandi) Hildebrand; nephew Mason and niece Brooklynn Hildebrand; cousins: Todd, Craig, Trevor, Scott, Jason, Anjela, Jamie and Andie. Dusty is further survived by his Uncle Ron and Aunt Jane Behm, and his Aunt Wanda; his dog Bailey, and special friends: Greg (Oscar) Harris and Amy Halverson, and numerous other friends and relatives in a list that is too long for this writing.

Dusty was preceded in death by his grandparents: Ed and Delores Hildebrand, Elder and Margaret Behm; Uncles John and Jim Hildebrand; Aunts Diana and Susan Hildebrand; his beloved dogs throughout his life: Ginger, Sammy, Matty.

A Celebration of Life for Dusty will be held at the Dahlke Life Celebration Center of Weyauwega on Thursday, December 12th, 2024 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm, followed by a gathering at Picklebellies Pub in Weyauwega where we will continue Dusty's celebration of life, a life left unfinished.
