Eunice Koplien

Eunice M. Koplien, age 73, of the Town of Lind, Waupaca County died Tuesday June 27, 2006 at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca. She was born January 27, 1933 in Saxeville daughter of the late Albert and Meta (Oehlke) Toepke. On May 7, 1955 she married Walter Koplien Jr. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fremont. Eunice lived and farmed with her husband in the Town of Lind all of her live. She was a member of St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church, Weyauwega and a member of the Ladies Aid. She enjoyed knitting, reading and enjoyed being with her family. She is survived by her children: LeAnne (Doug) Pankow, Fremont; Connie (Gary) Selle, Weyauwega; Patti (Jeff) Buttles, Manawa; Michael (Cindy) Koplien, Weyauwega; eight grandchildren; three grandchildren; a brother: LeVan (Betty) Toepke, Fremont; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service for Eunice will be held 7:00 p.m. Thursday June 29, 2006 at St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church in Weyauwega with Rev. Robbin Robert officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends at the church from 4:00 p.m. Thursday until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established. The Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home in Weyauwega is assisting the family.
