Gilbert Tex Weber

Gilbert Tex Weber of Manawa, formerly of Shawano and Clinton, Oklahoma died Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at the Manawa Community Nursing Center. He was born June 17, 1925 in Shawano, son of the late Edward and Goldie (Schrieber) Weber. Gilbert married his wife Beatrice in June of 1965. She preceded him in death. He moved to Clinton, Oklahoma in 1963 and returned to Wisconsin in 2003. Survivors include a daughter Sherral A. Carter, Weyauwega, a son Kenneth (Gail) Weber, Wisconsin Dells, four granddaughters, eight grandsons and six great grandchildren. Brothers and sisters: Evelyn (Arvid) Hansen, West Allis; Dick (Carol) Weber, Oconto Falls; Carol Meyer, Omro; Virgil (Nancy) Weber, Milwaukee; Tony (Alhoma) Weber, Florida, his stepchildren: Gayle, Barbara, Jerome and Kathy, also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends survive Gilbert. Besides his parents and wife he was preceded in death by a brother Glenn and two sisters: Bernice and Charlotte.
