Judith Ann Gilbertson

Age 58, passed away unexpectedly on January 11, 2011. Judy was born in Weyauwega on August 17, 1952, to Duane Gilbertson and the late Loraine Holcombe. She had a long career with Aid Association for Lutherans and most recently was working at Pitney Bowes in Appleton, where she was residing in an apartment. In her younger years you could find Judy active on the softball field. She had a jigsaw puzzle set up on a table at any given time you were in her home. She most enjoyed spending time with her family, playing cards and was always up for a good game of cribbage. She was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Weyauwega. Judy always had a smile for everyone and had a great sense of humor .She will be greatly missed by her family. She is survived by her father Duane (Dorothy) Gilbertson; two sisters, Barb (Norm) Harris, Cindy Preuss (Judi Kiefer) and Judi's son Michael; one brother, David (Nancy) Gilbertson; three nieces, Tracy (Patrick) Lyons, Carly Rhodes, and Erin (Jason) Wait; one nephew, Chad (Rachel) Grambsch; a step niece, Rebecca (David) Kuchenbecker; five grand-nephews, Joseph, Benjamin and Brady Grambsch, Charlie Wait, and Jacob Kuchenbecker; one grand-niece, Megan Grambsch; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Loraine Holcombe. A memorial service for Judy will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home in Weyauwega with Rev. Robbin Robbert officiating. Friends may call directly at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. the time of the service.
