Kathleen M. Hoffman

Kathleen Margaret Hoffman, age 73, passed away after a lengthy illness on Wednesday, April 13, 2023 at Ascension Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh. She was born on November 5, 1949 in Milwaukee to the late John and Margaret (Zinda) Chlebowski. She married Gary Zawacki and they parted ways. She then married Anthony "Dean" Hoffman and he preceded her in death.

Kathleen enjoyed life, her children and grandchildren, and her flowers.

She is survived by her sons: Gary Zawacki (special friend Patty), Shawn Zawacki (special friend Ann), Jesse (Krystal) Hoffman; 4 grandchildren: Akiya, Luikai, Maxwell, Eugene; siblings: Patricia (Jerry) Bartelson, Kenneth Chlewbowski, Shirley Ann Kier. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Life Celebration Center in Manawa from 1:00- 2:30 pm followed by a memorial service at 2:30 pm with Elder Ryan Williams officiating.
