Laverne "Vern" G. Bork

Laverne "Vern" Gene Bork of Waupaca, passed away on December 19, 2024 at age 83. Born on March 22, 1941 to Harry and Eva Bork in Neenah, Vern married Karen Lee Koenig on September 29, 1963, and was blessed with a son, Sam, in 1969. Vern worked as a car salesman for most of his career. He loved to hunt, fish, and be at the cabin with Karen and any friends who happened to stop by.

Vern was preceded in death by Karen (2023) and is survived by his sister: Donna; and his son: Sam (Danielle). In accordance with Vern's wishes, there will be no funeral or celebration of life. He and Karen's ashes will be spread at the cabin in Waupaca that they built together and loved together for over 40 years.
