Lucille J. Timm

Lucille (Rineck) Timm, age 95, of Manawa, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023. She was born in Iola on October 10, 1928 to the late William and Minnie (Fuhs) Rineck.

On April 27, 1946, she married Elmer Timm and together they were engaged in farming for most of her life. She enjoyed fishing, playing cards, gardening, bowling, her Friday nights with Elaine Pethke, and spending time with family and friends.

Lucille is survived by three sons: Gerald (Sally) Timm, Dennis Timm, Keith (Sherry) Timm; grandchildren: Dennis Jr. (fiancé Renee) Timm, Diane (Scott) Shippell, Paul (Heather) Timm, Courtny (Chad) Dolphin, Ashley (Luke) Gustafson, Amber (fiancé Jake) Timm; 11 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Alice Szewczuga. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Minnie; her husband, Elmer; sister, Darlene Wheeler; brother-in-law, Tom Wheeler Sr.; godchild, Tracey Wheeler.

The Funeral Service for Lucille will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023, at 11:00 AM at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Symco with Rev. Jeffrey Smiles officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Symco. A visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 9:00 AM until 10:45 AM.
