In Loving Memory of Myron "Randy" Gnoza

Myron Edward Gnoza, affectionately known as Randy to his friends and loved ones, passed away after a brave battle with cancer on June 22nd, 2023 leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and dedication. Born on May 26, 1953, to Velma Premer and Edward Gnoza, Randy was a cherished son, brother, husband, and stepfather.

Randy was born in Ashland, Wisconsin and spent a remarkable 42 years of his life working at Marathon Electric in Wausau.

In 1992, Randy found his soulmate in Audrey Firkus, and they embarked on a journey of love and companionship that would span three decades. Randy embraced Audrey's children,Tim, Allen,Tammy,Tony, Angelo, and Amy as his own, providing them with unwavering support and love throughout the years. Beyond his professional and family accomplishments, Randy had a passion for the outdoors. Whether it was fishing on his boat during the warmer months or braving the winter cold to ice fish, Randy found comfort and joy in the tranquility of nature.

Randy was also known for his selflessness and willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. A true handyman, he eagerly offered his expertise and time to assist others with various projects. Randy's caring nature and unmatched skills made him a dependable family member and friend.

On June 22nd, Randy left this world, leaving behind a void that can never be filled. His memory will forever be treasured by his surviving loved ones, including his dear wife Audrey, step children Tim (Catina) Firkus, Allen (Kelly) Firkus, Tammy (Gary) Heger, Tony (Shannon) Firkus, Angelo Firkus, and Amy (Jamie) Crane, grandchildren April Heger, Nicole Heger, Justin Crain, Alexandria Crain, Hope Campbell, Nicole Campbell, Tyler Firkus, Ben Firkus, Angelo Jr. Firkus, Evan Firkus, great granddaughter, Isabelle, niece Jakola, and nephew Daryl. Preceding him in death are his parents, his sisters Ann Marie St. Julian, Marla Evavold and his best friends "Chucky" and Jack.

In accordance with Randy's wishes, there will be no funeral services. However, his family will gather in the coming days to celebrate his life and share memories. Randy's warm smile, gentle spirit, and willingness to go above and beyond for others will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

As we bid farewell to a remarkable individual, let us remember Randy Gnoza as a devoted husband, a loving stepfather, and a dear friend. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his memory continue to live on.
