Paul M. Nett

Paul M. Nett, age 84, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025.

Paul was born on September 19, 1940 in Calumet County, son to the late Sylvester and Josephine (Franzen) Nett. Paul was born along with his twin, Peter Nett, whom he often referred to as his "wombmate". He resided in Weyauwega, WI.

Paul retired from the United States Navy in 1979 as a Master Chief Petty Officer and worked at the United States Post Office until retiring. He enjoyed watching deer in his backyard and had a collection of old vehicles. Paul always had a joke ready to tell.

Paul is survived by his long-term partner, Yvonne Tenke, now residing in Waukesha; three sons: Derek (Kerry) Nett of Weyauwega, Scott Nett of New London, and Kevin Nett of Green Bay; grandchildren: Colton (Caitlyn) Nett, Caleb Nett, Autumn (Isaac) Olson, Adam Nett, Kalee Nett, Whitney Nett, Lacey Nett (John Wedzicha) and Kera (Matthew) Kennedy; his brothers and sisters: Sylvester Nett, Ralph (Annette) Nett, Eugene (Connie) Nett, Linda (Tom) Duesterhoeft, and Judy (Joseph) Lille.

He is further survived by 10 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his brother Eugene Nett.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester and Josephine, his step-mother, Zelda, and his brothers James and Peter.
