Peter K. Dobbert

Peter K. Dobbert, age 76 of Weyauwega, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2024. He was born on July 25, 1948, in Waupaca, the son of the late Kenneth and Evelyn Dobbert.

Peter graduated from Weyauwega High School in 1966. He then proudly served his country in the United States Army. Peter dedicated many years of his life to working at ACME Inc Printing. He was a passionate sports fan, particularly loved watching the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers whether from his living room or relishing the live experience at the Brewers' games whenever he had the chance. In his leisure time, Peter enjoyed fishing, hunting, reading, and playing card games. He shared special annual deer hunting trips with the men in his family, where unforgettable stories and lasting memories were made year after year.

Peter is survived by his daughter, Michele "Mickey" Dobbert; his siblings: Sharon Krapil, Beverly (Richard) Binley, Leroy (Cheryl) Dobbert, Paul (Mary) Dobbert, Jeanne Dobbert; sister-in-law, Bonnie Dobbert; nieces and nephews: Adam (Katie) Dobbert and their children Benjamin and Maggie, Nicky Burton, Tony (Becca) Binley and their son Jack, Korey Dobbert, and Kayla (Scott) Stolp and their daughter Paisley.

Besides his parents, Peter was preceded in death by two brothers: Marvin Dobbert and Loren Dobbert; sister, Linda Dobbert; and brother-in-law, William Krapil.

A graveside service for Peter will be held on Friday, November 1, 2024, at 1:00pm at the Central Wisconsin Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in King, Wisconsin where he will be laid to rest.
