Phyllis Rae Much

Phyllis Rae Much, age 62 of Marion passed away Monday December 4, 2006 at her home. She was born October 4, 1944 in Iola daughter of the late Frederick and Bernice (Quimby) Pagel. She worked at A. Sturm & Sons several years after graduating from high school. On August 6, 1966 she married Vernon Much at Zion Lutheran church in Manawa. Since her marriage she and her husband have farmed in the Town of Union, Waupaca County. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Big Falls, WI. Phyllis enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and playing cards. She is survived by her husband: Vernon; a son: Victor D. (Sheila) Much, Ogdensburg; a granddaughter: Kayla Kay Much; two brothers: Ron (Barb) Pagel, Waupaca; Gary (Elvera) Pagel, Wittenberg; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Allen Pagel, two sisters-in-law: Louise Pagel and Sandy Pagel; a niece and a nephew. The funeral service for Phyllis will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday December 7, 2006 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Big Falls with Rev. Janice M. Kuder officiating. Burial will be in Big Falls Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home in Manawa from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
