Robert C. Luedke

Age 66, of Weyauwega, died on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah. He was born on April 28, 1942 in Waupaca, son of the late Carl and Geneva (Roggow) Luedke. On July 13, 1963, he married Judith Marie Ryckman at St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church in Weyauwega where he was currently a member. Robert worked at Ingersol/Case in Winneconne for 37 years. He enjoyed years of hunting, trapping and gunsmithing and also bird watching. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren and family. He is survived by his wife Judith; his children: Carl (Shelly) Luedke, Trout Creek, Montana; Lucinda Martochko, Fremont; Joshua Luedke, Weyauwega; six grandchildren: Megan, Jessie and Cody Luedke, Tobias, Dustin and Mason Martochko. He is further survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, close friend Paul Tessen, and many other friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son Arnold W., brother Peter Luedke, sister Carla "Susie" Morey, grandparents Robert (Anna) Luedke and Walter (Elsie) Roggow. The Christian Funeral for Robert will be held on Monday, May 19, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church in Weyauwega with Rev. Dennis Lemke officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Weyauwega. Friends may call directly at the church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
