Age 58, of Manawa, passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2010, at Appleton Medical Center following a short illness. He was born on August 13, 1952, in New London son of Roy Thomack and Karla (Benny) Amador. On October 17, 1970, he married Rebecca McFaul. She preceded him in death in 2000. Ron graduated from Little Wolf High School in 1970. He worked at the Waupaca Foundry for over 38 years, retiring this year. Ron enjoyed fishing, hunting, and golfing. He is survived by two sons: Ronald Jr. (Jill) Amador, Kevin (April) Amador; grandchildren: Peter Amador, Matt Amador, Dylan Blank, Bailey Amador, Brenna Amador, Alex Amador, Blake Amador, Desiree Roe, Jake Kempf, Stephanie Kempf; mother: Karla Amador; siblings: Roy Amador, Tina (Dan) Buschke, Terrie (Carl) Hansen, Tammy (Russ) Williams; mother-in-law, Myrtle McFaul and Ron's special friend Steph. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Ron was preceded in death by his wife, Becky, father Roy Thomack, step-father, Benny Amador, sister-in-law, Terri Amador and father-in-law, Rollie McFaul. A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Ron's life will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home in Manawa from 4-7 p.m.
