Loving wife, mother and grandmother, age 61, of Manawa, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton. She was born on April 5, 1948 in the Town of Dupont, daughter of the late Ervin and Elenor (Schimke) Krueger. On November 2, 1968 she married Roger Much at St. Paul Lutheran Church in the Town of Dupont. Sharon graduated from Little Wolf High School in 1967. She was primarily a farm wife farming with her husband in the Town of Union. She also worked at Sturm Foods in Manawa and most recently at Journal Communications in Waupaca. She was an active 4-H Leader and loved gardening, cooking, and especially spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Bear Creek. She is survived by her husband Roger; her children: Michael (Cindy) Much, Manawa; Lisa (Joe) Wettstein, New London; Karen (Kevin) Zarling, Clintonville; Kelly (Kari) Much, Waupaca; Neil Much and special friend Rene Schachtschneider, Manawa; seven grandchildren; two brothers: Myron (Darlene) Krueger, Marion; Darrell (Peggy) Krueger, Manawa; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Her parents preceded her in death. The funeral service for Sharon will be held on Friday, July 3, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bear Creek with Rev. Steve Pockat officiating. Burial will be in Roseland Cemetery in the Town of Dupont. Friends may call at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home in Manawa on Thursday July 2, from 4-7 p.m. and on Friday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
