Shirley Ann Aegerter

Age 78, of Weyauwega, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother was called to her heavenly home on Friday, February 6, 2009 at Appleton Medical Center. She was born in West Allis on April 7, 1930, daughter of the late Paul & Olga (Weber) Schloesser. Shirley graduated from Jefferson High School and married her high school sweetheart Frederick Aegerter on September 2, 1950 in Jefferson. He preceded her in death in 1992. She enjoyed archery winning several awards, collecting at flea markets, antiquing, gardening, watching the Brewers, Packers and Badgers, and especially being with her family. She is survived by her children: Pat (Odin) Berg, Florida; Sherry (Bill) Krueger, Weyauwega, Vicki (Robert) Peltonen, Weyauwega; Tom Aegerter, Weyauwega; twelve grandchildren: Heidi (Bryan) Shatto, Rachael (Brad) Bardall, Jeremy Schroeder, Anne Krueger, Carly (Brad) Carlton, Christa (Nathan) Wakefield, Sarah (Adam) Fronczak, Billy Krueger, Ariel (Joe) Lorge, Melissa Schroeder, Casey (Charles) Schafer and Ashley Aegerter; eleven great-grandchildren: Jackson, Clayton, Zachery, Noah, Austin, Walker, Riley, Logan, Whitney, Brett and Sierra; and a sister Elaine (Curt) Gorn, Waterford. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son David, also a sister and two brothers. It was Shirley's wish that a private family funeral service be held. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the Weyauwega Public Library Children's Section.
