Shirley M. Marsh

Shirley M. Marsh was embraced into God's arms as a special angel on March 29, 2013 at the age of 85. She was born on June 30, 1927 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Victor and Myrtle (Pinter) Diedrich. Shirley graduated in 1946 from Pius High School in Milwaukee. She will be greatly missed by her loving children: Daniel (Susan), Jeanne (John), Mary, Joel, Dennis, Richard (Aimee), and Penny. She was a proud and devoted grandmother and great-grandmother to Joshua, Nathaniel, Nickolas, Chelcie, Cassandra, Jeffrey, Timothy, Alexus, Tony, Merrijeanne, Wade, Emil, Guenther, Mackenzie, Hunter, Levi, Jason, Lisa, and many great-grandchildren. She was a cherished sister to Mona (Adair) Simmons and her brother Charles Diedrich, deceased. She will be fondly remembered by many other nieces, nephews, and relatives as well as numerous special friends. It would be impossible to count the number of people's lives she touched, especially with her knitting and crocheting talents. The Funeral Mass for Shirley will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at noon at S.S. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Weyauwega with Fr. Amalraj Roche officiating. A visitation for Shirley will be held directly at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
