Shirley Sexton

Shirley Sexton died on October 6th, 2022 after a long battle with dementia at Bethany Nursing Home in Waupaca, WI. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Shirley will be deeply missed by her loving husband of nearly 55 years, Bill; son, Ryan (Ellen) Sexton and daughters, Shelly (Jon) Wertschnig and Stacey (Gary) Petroff; her two grandsons, Adam Sexton and Blake Petroff and two granddaughters, Josephine and Gwen Wertschnig.

At the families request, there will be a small celebration of life for immediate family members only. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Alzheimer's Association or St. Peter and Paul Catholic church in Weyauwega.

The family would like to thank the staff at Bethany Nursing Home, the 2nd floor dementia unit staff, for their wonderful care and concern for Shirley.
